With over 20 years of experience in both corporate and remote outsourcing, my passion has always been people—recruitment, operations, and talent development.

My journey began in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where I served as a senior manager, building high-performing teams for global brands like Walmart Canada and T-Mobile. I thrived in the structure, strategy, and systems—but I knew I was meant for something with deeper impact.

Eight years ago, I shifted into the remote workforce, co-founding and leading several virtual assistant companies. As Director of Recruitment and HR, I mentored and managed distributed teams across the globe. That’s where I discovered my true calling—not just strategic hiring, but matchmaking the right talent with the right leaders.

After immigrating to the United States three years ago, I honed my skills further at a large-scale staffing agency. That experience confirmed what I had always known: recruitment is my calling—and I’m here to do it differently.

At Acro Talent Solutions, we offer a personalized, values-based matchmaking service that removes recurring fees and long-term contracts. I personally manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to testing, background checks, and final offers—all under a one-time fee that includes a full month of onboarding support.
