Meet with your Acro Talent Solutions Consultant to identify your exact needs and pain points and determine the right hire for you. If Acro is a good fit, we’ll send you an agreement to sign, and you’ll be moving on to the next step which is to create an accurate job description with Acro team- deep diving on tasks, delegation plans, tools, culture and personality requirements to ensure we match you with the right Acro talent with the help of our Talent Producer.

Step 2. Placement Process

Your Talent Producer will vet and interview top candidates, ensuring agreed requirements are met (background checks, drug screens, customized tests, etc.) We’ll select the best matches for you—in an average of just one week. We’ll send you their profiles and book the next step.

Step 3. Kickoff Call

You and Your Talent Producer will meet introducing your top 3 talents and you will have the chance to interview the talents (face to face or virtual depending on your choice) and proceed to kickoff call if new hire has been chosen—the official start to your partnership—to meet each other, set initial goals, discuss communication plans, and set yourselves up for success.

Step 4. Onboarding

Your Talent Producer and New Hire will meet to ensure that 1st day of work at your office or virtual meeting is seamless and they bring all the necessary hardcopies of their documents. We will stay close to provide our signature exceptional service and guide you through our proven onboarding process.

Step 5. Nurturing

You will have ongoing check-ins to support both you and your Acro Talent throughout your partnership with Acro Talent Solutions.
