THE STORY BEHIND
ACRO TALENT SOLUTIONS
In 2022, I didn’t just start another virtual assistant company — I sparked a movement. A movement that connects personality-aligned, purpose-driven Filipino talent with CEOs who value people over output.
This wasn’t just business — it was a calling. A calling to become a bridge.
To elevate the lives of Filipino professionals by placing them in roles where they’re respected, empowered, and given a meaningful seat at the table — not treated as task-handlers, but as true partners in growth.
FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE
2023, I faced a Stage 3 gynecological cancer battle.
Chemo. Surgeries. Radiation.
The hardest part wasn’t the physical pain — it was the long pause..
How time warped under suffering. An hour could feel like days—
the feeling of not being in control. There were moments I wanted to give up…
But then I’d see the long faces of my children coming
home from school — and I’d change my mind. Again and again.
And when I made it through… I knew exactly
what I needed to do: Polish what I started.
THE ROOTS OF GRIT
My strength and grit didn’t start in the boardroom or behind a screen...
I come from a big, beautiful family of ten children.
We were all employees of my parents' bakeries.
Working since I was 8 years old, I learned how to hustle, serve,
show up and gain deep understanding of responsibility and resilience.
MY CAREER JOURNEY
My career blossomed in the BPO industry where I was given the opportunity to serve people with my God-given talents and abilities. I managed high performing teams, for over a decade; then transitioned to remote career, co-founding and directing VA agencies in the last 8 years.
Immigrated to the United States three years ago with my husband and our two boys, I was eager to re-immerse myself in a corporate setting, so I accepted a role as a Senior Talent Producer at VACO, a leading recruitment firm. The pace was relentless — driven by KPIs, quotas, and constant performance pressure. It was demanding, but it was exactly what I needed. It gave me a new lens — one that confirmed my principles, my core values.
It was here, in this new country, under new pressure, that I finally gave shape to my mission and vision. It had space to grow — and I had the clarity, the conviction, and the experience to lead it forward.
